Privacy policy
Last updated 29 October 2026
This policy covers Content Manager at app.loadingtech.io and the board it points to. Content Manager is a self-hosted tool built by Loading Experiment (Phoenix, Arizona) and used by Hub 1111 to plan, check, approve and publish social media posts for the brands it runs. It is an internal tool for a small team, not a public service, and it has no sign-up.
Who this applies to
- Team members with an account on the board.
- Brand accounts that a team member connects (a Facebook Page, an Instagram professional account, a YouTube channel, a TikTok account, a LinkedIn company page).
- People who interact with those brand accounts by commenting or sending a message, which the board shows in its inbox so a person can reply.
What the board stores
- Team accounts: name, email address, a hashed password, sign-in sessions, and the role on each brand.
- Brand connections: the access tokens the platforms issue when a team member connects an account, the account id and handle. Tokens are encrypted at rest and are used only to publish approved posts, read the brand's own post numbers, and read comments and messages sent to the brand.
- Posts and media: drafts, captions, scheduled times, approvals and the full change history (who changed what, when). Media files are deleted 60 days after their post is published or rejected.
- Inbox: comments and direct messages sent to a connected brand account, with the sender's platform name and id, so a person on the team can answer. Auto-reply rules, when the owner turns one on, answer only comments and messages that arrive after the rule starts.
- Analytics: aggregate numbers the platforms report about the brand's own posts and account (views, likes, followers). Nothing about individual viewers.
Where it lives and who sees it
Everything is stored on a server we run, in a Postgres database and a media folder, with backups we control. Nothing is sold, rented or shared for advertising. Data leaves the server only to the services the loop needs: the social platforms themselves (to publish and to read the brand's data), Anthropic's Claude (to draft and revise captions, using the brand's pack and post notes), TypeSafe's Jev (to check drafts against the brand's rules) and Higgsfield (to make images and video when a team member asks). We do not send inbox messages to any AI service unless a team member asks Claude to draft a reply to a specific thread, and a person always sends it.
Platform data
Data received from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google (YouTube), TikTok and LinkedIn is used only to run the brand's own accounts as described above, under each platform's terms. Disconnecting an account on the board deletes its tokens at once and stops all syncing for it. We do not use platform data to build profiles of people, to train AI models, or for anything outside managing the brand's own content and conversations.
Retention
- Media files: 60 days after a post is published or rejected.
- Posts, history and analytics: for as long as the brand uses the board.
- Inbox messages: for as long as the brand account stays connected, and no more than 12 months after a thread's last message.
- Platform tokens: until the account is disconnected or the token expires.
- Team accounts: until removed by the owner.
Your choices
Team members can see and change their own details on the board and can be removed by the owner. Anyone whose comment or message is held in the inbox can ask us to delete it. How to ask is on the data deletion page. We do not knowingly keep data about children under 13.
This website
app.loadingtech.io itself is a static site with no accounts, cookies or analytics. Hostinger, which serves it, keeps standard access logs for security. The sign-in return pages pass the platforms' one-time sign-in codes straight to the board and store nothing.
