Support
Content Manager v0.6.3 · updated 29 October 2026
Content Manager is an internal tool run by Loading Experiment for the brands Hub 1111 manages. There is no public sign-up and no help desk. Support is by email, and the person who answers is the same person who runs the server.
Contact
Email david@loadingtech.io with "Content Manager" in the subject. Say which brand you work on, what you were doing, what you expected and what happened instead. A screenshot of the board helps. We reply within two business days, usually faster.
The board will not load
The board runs on our own server and only answers devices on the team network. If the Open Content Manager link times out or says the site cannot be reached, your device is not on that network yet. Ask the owner for access; nothing on your side is broken.
A platform sign-in fails
When a brand connects Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok or LinkedIn, the platform sends you back through a page on this site and then on to the board. If that stops on an error:
- Go back to the board's Connections page and start the sign-in again. The one-time codes the platforms send expire in minutes, so a stale tab fails.
- Make sure the account you signed in with can manage the Page, channel or company page. Personal accounts without that role are accepted by the platform but return no usable connection.
- If the return page says "Nothing to finish", the platform sent you here without a code. Start again from the board.
- Still stuck after two tries? Email us the platform name, the brand and the time it happened.
A post did not go out
The board shows each post's status. "Failed" with a reason usually means the platform token expired or lost a permission; reconnect the account from Connections and the worker retries at the next slot. "Queued" posts are waiting for their slot or for the Sunday hand-off. If a post shows "Posted" but you cannot find it on the platform, send us the post link from the board.
Disconnecting an account
Disconnect from the brand's Connections page on the board. That deletes the stored token at once. To be sure the platform side is revoked too, remove the app from the platform's own settings as well:
- Facebook and Instagram: Settings, then Business integrations.
- Google and YouTube: Google Account, Security, Third-party apps with account access.
- TikTok: Settings and privacy, Security, Manage app permissions.
- LinkedIn: Settings, Data privacy, Permitted services.
Data requests
To see, change or delete data about you, including comments or messages held in a brand's inbox, follow the steps on the data deletion page. The privacy policy lists what the tool keeps and for how long.
Reporting a security problem
If you find a security issue in Content Manager or this site, email david@loadingtech.io with "Security report" in the subject and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before you share it elsewhere. The same contact is published at /.well-known/security.txt. Please do not test against the live board without asking first; it holds real brand accounts.
